THE TEAM

Chris oversees all of the company’s activities, and while he doesn’t do tree surgery himself now, he is heavily involved in developing the business, meeting clients and ensuring all work goes to plan.

Claire is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing HR, invoicing, planning applications and the company’s insurances.

Brian oversees the work of the three tree surgery teams, joining them for part of the week and spending the rest of the week visiting customers to provide advice and quotations for tree/hedge work.

Max heads up the Red tree surgery team - he is lead climber and relishes a challenge!

Ben works alongside Max as lead climber, having trained in Tasmania and New Zealand.

Tom has been with us for a few years as support on the ground.

Jack B has recently joined us to provide additional support as a trainee.

Jake has many years’ experience as a tree surgeon and heads up the Blue tree surgery team, strengthening our capacity for aerial tree work.

Cassian is lead climber in the Blue team and has been with us for two years now. 

Brandon has been with us for a year and is both groundee and trainee climber for the Blue team.

Jacob joined us last summer having previously gained his felling and chainsaw qualifications.

Luke is the team leader of the Green tree surgery team and has been with us for nearly 5 years.

Jack S joined the Green team a few years ago now and has gained his chainsaw maintenance and tree climbing/aerial rescue qualifications with us.

Stephen joined the Green team last year to progress his tree surgery career.

James oversees our forestry operations and is our harvester machine operator. He’s been with us for 4 years.

Daniel joined us last year to strengthen the forestry team.

Andrew has been with the forestry team for 4 years.

Sam supports the directors by overseeing management of the office, with a special focus on customer service and continuous improvement.

Helen has been with the company for 4 years and focuses on dealing with firewood enquiries and orders, tree surgery invoicing and all sorts of other crucial admin tasks!

James has joined us to help build our commercial client base.

Adam joined us recently and is already proving popular with our firewood customers! He processes our logs, keeps the yard tidy and does all our firewood deliveries.

Stuart supports both the forestry team and the yard staff with logistics and driving heavy machinery.
